The Kids in Mind Wellbeing Challenge

Why not challenge yourself while making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children?

Gather your friends, family, colleagues, teammates, or community group and create your very own Kids in Mind Wellbeing Challenge. The best part? You decide what it looks like!

Your challenge can be a single event or a series of activities, completed over a day, a week, a month, or even longer. Whether you choose to walk, run, cycle, row, bake, host a yoga or meditation session, swim, dance, climb a mountain, or come up with something completely unique, every challenge helps transform young lives.

Getting started couldn't be easier. Simply click the link above, select "Fundraise for us" in the top right-hand corner, create your own campaign, and you're ready to go. There is no minimum fundraising target, and you can take part individually or as part of a team.

Every pound raised helps Kids in Mind deliver vital wellbeing support to children living in women's refuges across the UK after escaping domestic abuse. Many of these children have experienced abuse themselves or witnessed traumatic events within their home. Our specialist sessions provide comfort, stability, and practical coping skills, helping children recover from trauma and build emotional resilience.

Without support, children affected by domestic abuse face significantly greater challenges later in life, including increased risks of poor mental health, substance misuse, involvement in crime, and reduced employment opportunities. Early intervention can change that story.

By taking on a Wellbeing Challenge, you're helping children feel safer, stronger, and more hopeful about their future.

Please join us in supporting these often-forgotten children.

Thank you for your support. Together, we can make a lasting difference to the mental health and wellbeing of children across the UK.
