How It Works
1. Take a Tag
Choose a Secret Santa tag from your workplace Christmas tree, community display, or event. Each tag represents a real child in Scotland who needs a little extra joy this Christmas.
2. Buy a Gift
Purchase a toy or gift suitable for the age range shown on the tag.
You can:
Buy a physical gift and place it in the designated drop-off area, or
Visit the Online shop to buy directly — quick, easy, and delivered straight to our team.
3. Make Christmas Brighter
Working closely with partnering charities, schools and refuges, our wonderful volunteers throughout Scotland collect, organise and collate your kind donations into gift packages so that every referred child and teenager receives something this special this Christmas..

Be a Secret Santa for a Child in Scotland
This Christmas, you can make a real difference to a child who may otherwise go without. Our Secret Santa appeal invites individuals, workplaces, and communities across Scotland to share some festive kindness by giving a gift to a local child facing hardship. .
Every year, thousands of children in Scotland experience poverty, homelessness, domestic abuse, or family crisis. Many will wake up on Christmas morning with no gift waiting for them.
